Beckman Family Shoot

The lovely big sister-to-be Violet and her glowing Mommy playing at the beach. The weather couldn't have been better. It really was such a pleasure to photograph you both; thank you again for the wonderful experience. Can't wait to see the newest precious Beckman girl when she gets here!

Careful Now Mommy

While standing on the toilet to get the photo of Juliet below in the tub, I looked over at Violet in her chair and this was the face I got; horrified at the sight of her Mother balancing on a toilet lid for what? A picture? I guess if my seven week old is this concerned, perhaps I should be more careful.

Celebration

My sister turned 19 yesterday and so we did what we Gilmore girls do best; we shopped and shopped and shopped some more. Juliet stayed home with her Papa and was eager for a slice of chocolate cheese cake when we returned from our day out. She waited as patiently as she could while Hannah opened her presents and blew out her candle. Then Juliet sat very quietly (and this kid isn't EVER quiet) waiting for someone, ANYONE to cut her a piece. Finally she got to dig in ... at first with her hands until she remembered her manners.
