Wrap Up Wednesday

Wrapping up another week of photos that weren't featured on the project blog starting with Violet being adorable.  Can't believe how many days this week I got away with putting her hair up in pigtails.

Competitive eating may very well be in her future ...

 

We colored Easter eggs (ok so I lied ... a couple of these were project posts).

Violet devoured half a container of hummus in less than 10 minutes ... weirdo.

We had half a day without power when we got hit with more snow.  Somehow we were able to survive without tv.

 

We took a short walk around the neighborhood in search of "goodies" ... aka rocks and leaves.

 

Sister wasn't impressed at first.  Still not a huge fan of snow.

 

 

Eventually we were able to lure her out of the house for our nature walk.  Juliet came home with a bag full of rocks, sticks, leaves and what I found later to be a frozen piece of dog poop.  Vi's bag didn't make it.  Lesson learned ... don't fill a paper bag to the brim with snow.  It will melt.  Your bag will die.

 

 

Princess bowling has become a favorite.  Snow White does the set up while Super Girl does the ball throwing.

 

Take note that it's not easy being pin princess when your big dress knocks them over just as soon as you carefully set up.

 

Once Snow White's task is done, she watches Super Girl in awe ...

 

 

As she misses every last pin by a mile.  Again and again.  I couldn't stop laughing.

 

 

And last but not least, a couple of Violet just being cute.  And looking far too grown up.

Mobile Monday

Our past week in instagrams ... gorgeous weather (for one day), playing matching game with Juliet, Vi being adorable and sleeping, bowling playdate with friends, Juliet snoozing, story time bunny craft on base, Juliet riding her first tractor at tiny tots, more snow (days after our 78 degree weather), cuddles, coloring, back of camera snapshot of the girls reading together, taco night and watching the blasted snow fall.

AND ... reading Charlotte's Web, trip to Target, more coloring, sharing popcorn (leftover from Target) during movie night, more reading, Juliet singing during our winter storm power outage (so thankful for our battery operated fireplace), Grandpa jammin' with his banjo via facetime, coloring Easter eggs (Vi loved the boiled wraps the best), dino and pony watching the snow fall, power outage paint time and finally a snap shot of flickr's blog photos.

Wrap Up Wednesday

Sorta threw this weeks "wrap up" together in a hurry so I apologize if it's a little choppy.

 

This week brought a couple semi-warm days.  One day was actually off the charts warm with a high of 78 degrees.  So needless to say, there's more than a few romping-in-the-backyard photos.

Along with another accidental catwalk shot ...

The girls enjoyed an old past time.  Chalking.

And even chalk painted on the back patio with our sweet LB.

Juliet has been super curious about clouds and the shapes they make.

She saw a duck, dolphin and sleeping baby.
 

 

We had a park playdate.

 

 

A bowling playdate.

 

 

And a playdate with one of our most favorite babies.  Ever.

 

 

Who wouldn't love this face?  Precious!
