It's not everyday I get one on one time with my Violet. We took full advantage of Juliet's rare six hour day at school and headed to the aquarium in Kansas City. Violet loves fish ... she always makes a point to stop at the pet section of the grocery store and at her age Petco is really just a free form of an unpopulated aquarium & zoo. Nevertheless, it was so fun to watch her explore without any distractions. She was practically squealing with joy at every corner. Her favorites being the sharks and the tank bubbles that gave her the feeling she was swimming with the fish. For a couple hours yesterday afternoon, it was all about Violet and her love for fish.
Oh and can't forget Violet's other love ...
Food. We also went to lunch.
Such a fun afternoon with little sister.
